1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.1 Cancellation of Services: WoodzKart does not accept cancellations once a project has commenced. By engaging our services, you agree that we will begin work promptly upon receipt of payment. Therefore, no refunds or cancellations are permitted after the project has started.
1.2 Payment for Unfinished Projects: 1.2.1 If a project is stopped mid-way due to client decisions, the client is responsible for paying the complete agreed-upon amount for the project, regardless of the project’s status at the time of cancellation. No refunds will be provided.
1.2.2 If a project is stopped mid-way due to force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions), the client is responsible for paying only for the work already performed by WoodzKart up to that point. Refunds for unfinished work will not be provided.
